FORM Volume Reducer – Precise Volume Reduction and Foot Stabilization

The FORM Volume Reducer is a professional biomechanical solution that eliminates unnecessary space inside cycling shoes. Stable foot placement is crucial for efficient power transfer – the brain, sensing the slightest instability in the shoe, subconsciously limits muscle activity to prevent injury. These inserts restore a sense of complete control and security.

Product Philosophy: Even the most advanced carbon boot won't function 100% if the foot has room for micro-movement. The Volume Reducer is a quick and effective way to micro-adjust the boot's volume without having to replace it with a different model.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

APPLICATION POSSIBILITIES

Problem Solution with FORM Volume Reducer
Too big a shoe Filling the space under the insole for better foot support
Leg length asymmetry Use as internal shim (up to 3mm)
Unstable heel Cutting the element under the heel to lift it (heel lift)

Technical Tip: Trim the insoles slowly using sharp scissors, following the shape of your existing shoe insole. Remember, this product is compatible with all types of cycling shoes.

TESTED BY BIKE LAB

At Bike Lab, we consider the Volume Reducer to be the "Swiss Army knife" of shoe fit. The ultra-high-density foam from which they are made resists compression over time, ensuring consistent biomechanical parameters throughout the season. This product often solves foot numbness problems caused by excess space in the shoe. A simple solution with a powerful impact on performance.
