§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://thebikelab.pl/.
2. The store is operated by TMX NATALIA JABŁOŃSKA.

§2. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
1. The Seller provides electronic services regarding the maintenance of a Customer Account and the processing of the order form.
2. To use the Store, a device with Internet access and a correctly configured web browser is required.
§3. PLACING AND FULFILLING ORDERS
1. The Customer places an order by adding goods to the cart and filling out the delivery form.
2. A condition for fulfilling the order is the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box in the shopping cart.
3. Prices listed in the store are gross prices (including taxes).
§4. PAYMENT METHODS
1. The Customer may choose the following methods of payment for ordered goods:
- Electronic payments and credit card payments via the Przelewy24 system.
- Payments via the PayPal system.
- Shopify Payments.
§5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
2. The declaration of withdrawal can be submitted via email to dominik@thebikelab.pl.
3. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the declaration.
4. Exceptions: The right to return does not apply to personalized goods made according to the Customer's individual specifications (e.g., custom configurations).
§6. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
1. The Seller is liable to the Customer if the goods have a physical or legal defect (Warranty).
2. Complaints should be directed to the operations point address: ul. Zbigniewa Romaszewskiego 15, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland or via email to dominik@thebikelab.pl.
3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
§7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
§8. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or technical reasons.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights shall apply.
