1. WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
THE BIKE LAB orders are fulfilled from Poland.
We ship within Poland and to European countries available during checkout.
Orders are shipped using selected carriers, including DPD, InPost, FedEx and Poczta Polska. The carrier is selected depending on the destination country, parcel size and available shipping method.
2. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM STOCK
Products marked as available in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within 0–1 business day.
Estimated transit time after the parcel has been handed to the carrier:
Poland: 1–2 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.
3. AVAILABLE TO ORDER
Some THE BIKE LAB products are offered through our Available to Order model.
This means that the product is not currently held in our warehouse and is ordered specifically for the customer after the order has been placed.
The typical estimated fulfilment time for these products is 15–45 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page.
Fulfilment time covers the period required to source the product and prepare it for dispatch. The applicable transit time for the destination country must then be added after dispatch.
If the expected fulfilment time changes significantly, we will contact the customer.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Poland: PLN 9.99
Free shipping in Poland: from PLN 99.99
Europe: PLN 29.99
Free shipping in Europe: from PLN 300
The final shipping cost and available shipping methods are always displayed during checkout.
5. TRACKING
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
