Refund policy

At Bike Lab, we value transparency. Below you will find a description of our return procedure.

1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE — STEP BY STEP

Step 1: Inform us of your intent to return the item via email at dominik@thebikelab.pl or by phone at +48 534 754 330.

Step 2: Pack the product securely and send it back to our logistics center:

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund.

3. REFUND TIMELINE

We will issue a refund promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive your declaration. The funds will be returned to you using the same payment method used for the original transaction (Przelewy24, PayPal, or Shopify Payments).

4. EXCEPTIONS

The right to return does not apply to personalized products or items made to the Customer's special order according to individual specifications (e.g., custom-built wheels or frames in non-standard configurations).
