Computationally Designed Speed
The Arow's design was inspired by the precision of an arrow. Thanks to precise calculations, the head tube has been narrowed and profiled to minimize frontal area and drastically reduce aerodynamic drag. The result? Higher speeds with less energy expenditure.
Lightweight and Stiff
Tavelo engineers have broken the traditional compromise between aerodynamics and weight. By using Toray T800 carbon fibers and advanced manufacturing processes, the RACE version frame weighs only from 820g, while maintaining the extreme stiffness required in the peloton.

At BIKE LAB, we don't sell off-the-shelf bikes in boxes. Every Custom Build goes through our laboratory, where we perform a full zero service, assemble components with dedicated carbon pastes, and precisely calibrate Shimano Di2 electronic groupsets. You receive a machine ready to win.

Customization and Fitting
At BIKE LAB, we understand that results are all about fit. With every order, you have the option to choose parameters that require expensive replacements with other brands:
- AVRO GEN-1 Cockpit: Choose handlebar width (340mm / 360mm / 380mm / 400mm) and stem length (80mm to 140mm).
- RISE Option: Option to choose the TAVELO RISE cockpit for riders seeking a more comfortable, higher aero position.
- Crank Length: Choose 165mm or 170mm for optimal cadence and biomechanics.
- Design: Choose one of the stunning paint schemes, including Polestar Dazzling, Zebra Purple, Alpha Radiance or Alpha Coral
