HOW TO SELECT THE VALVE LENGTH?
For ease of inflation and pump compatibility, the valve should extend 15–20 mm above the rim edge . For higher-profile gravel wheels, it's worth checking the table below:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY RULES
TPU tubes are incredibly durable while riding, but they do require careful installation. Please follow these steps:
- Key rule: Never inflate an inner tube outside the tire to a pressure higher than 0.5 bar / 5 psi . Without the restraint of the tire, the TPU inner tube could stretch irreversibly or rupture.
- Preparation: Inspect the inside of the tire and the condition of the rim tape. Remove any debris or sharp edges that could puncture the thin wall of the tube.
- Shaping: Lightly inflate the inner tube (up to 0.5 bar) to form a round shape. This will help it fit correctly in the tire and prevent twisting.
- Tire Installation: Try to install the tire by hand. If you must use tire levers, be extremely careful not to pinch the inner tube between the lever and the rim.
- Verification: Before final inflation, make sure the inner tube is not sticking out from under the tire bead at any point.
