Technical note: TPU tubes have different performance characteristics than butyl. They are lighter and offer lower rolling resistance, but require strict installation procedures.
HOW TO SELECT THE VALVE LENGTH?
For comfortable inflation, the valve should protrude 15–20 mm above the rim . The table below will help you choose:

INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
Improper installation is the most common cause of TPU tube damage. Please read the following instructions carefully:
- Initial inflation: Never inflate the inner tube outside the tire to a pressure higher than 0.5 bar / 5 psi . Exceeding this value may cause irreversible deformation or rupture of the inner tube, as TPU does not have the shape memory of rubber.
- Rim inspection: Make sure the rim tape is in perfect condition and completely covers the spoke holes. Sharp edges can easily cut the thin-walled TPU.
- Installing the inner tube: Before installing the tire, slightly inflate the inner tube (to give it the shape of a wheel), insert it into the tire and make sure it is not twisted.
- Closing the tire: Be extremely careful when fitting the tire bead onto the rim. Don't use tire levers unless absolutely necessary—they can pinch and damage the inner tube.
- Pinch Check: Before fully inflating, walk around the wheel and make sure the tube is not stuck between the tire bead and the rim.
- Rim brakes: When using rim brakes with carbon rims, avoid prolonged braking (e.g., on descents). Extreme heat can soften the TPU material.
